DescriptionHas said he is willing to go to £18,000 or £20,000 in increase of allowances. Lord Penrhyn's son George is not in good health. Introduces possibility of paying men on account, in advance every fortnight. Suggests that because some slates are being counted twice, directly after cutting they should be taken and placed under the supervision of a supervisor.
