DisgrifiadJones and Roberts were the surviving trustees of an Edward Price of Beaumaris, apothecary, who in his lifetime was seised as of fee in Cae Mawr, but who contracted such "great debts" that he was led, in his last will and testament (5 Sept.,1680), to name William Williams, rector of Llendegfan, now deceased, Jones and Roberts as trustees to sell the messuage and its appurtenances to the best bidder in order to melt away the many debts
