DisgrifiadTripartite indenture (really a lease under the Statute of Uses) between Lord Bulkeley and John Griffith, Esq., Llanddyfnan, of the first part, and Randle Jones, gent., of Penybryn, co. Denbigh, of the second part, and Sir William Williams, bart., of Llanforda, co. Salop, of the third part, whereby said Lord B. in consideration of 10/- paid to him by said J.G. and R.J. for payment of certain debts of Lord B., specified in an annexed schedule, grants J.G. and R.J. the Manor of Penmynydd, together with the capital messuage of Penmynydd, messuages in parishes of Llanidan, Llangeinwen, &c.; divers messuages and lands specified in another schedule annexed, in parishes of Llanddyfnan, Llangristiolus, &c., and certain other messuages in parish of Gyffin, co. Caernarvon, called Hendre; also the manors of Whatcroft, Timperley, Cheadle, co. Cheshire, to be sold or mortgage by J.G. and R.J., for payment of discharge of said Lord Bulkeley (4 mm.)
