DisgrifiadIts main provision is to secure what estate he had to the use of his wife Katherine during her life,and after her death to the use of Roger Goodyeare, his cousin, a "Doctor of Phisicke liveinge in Lyncolneshire", on condition that he paid Robert G.'s debts and funeral expenses within a convenient time efter Robert G.'s death. If he refused the conditions, then the lands are to go to whosoever expected or claimed them, on the aforesaid conditions. Refers to his sometime determination and promise to give £40 to some of his near friends; this he revokes, "but said that he intended to give them something hereafter" (when?)
