There are 14 witnesses, all with Welsh names with John Owen Theodore [Tudur] at the head, brother of the R.O.T. who was High Sheriff of Anglesey in 1565. J.O.T. was father of Serjeant-at-Law Lewis Owen of London, who did so well for Penmynydd in matters of charity by his will in 1623
