TeitlIndenture tripartite
Disgrifiadby which Rowland Wynne of Porthamel and Catherine his wife [Wynne was second husband of Catherine, she being the widow of Richard Bulkeley of Porthamel] assigns over the unexpired term of a 99 years lease upon Twr and Rhuddgaer in Llangeinwen from Hugh Williams of chwaen to John Hill of Bodeon and Thomas Roberts of Plas Newydd; recital of a previous indenture of 26 August, providing for the original lease; all in order to satisfy the debts contracted by the deceased Richard Bulkeley and the debts incurred by Rowland and Catherine in their efforts to borrow money to pay the original sums due. Witnesses: Hugh Hughes of Tre'r Driw; Thomas Wynne of Hendre; Morris Owens of Llanynghenedl; Robert Pavry of Aberffraw.
