| Disgrifiad | Bequeaths to her son the Rev. John Wm. Trevor her leasehold messuage, dwelling-house and premises in Beaumaris, subject to conditions of lease; to the children of her late son Robert Salusbury Trevor, leaves her freehold messuage, dwelling-house and premises in Nicholas Street, Chester, to be held by them as tenants-in-common, not as joint tenants; to the said J.W.T. (whom she names sole executor) leaves one half share of her goods and chattels in her house at Beaumaris; to her daughter-in-law Mary, widow of the said R.S.T. leaves the other half share, in trust for the use of her children, who are also named, with J.W.T., residuary legatees. Probate certificate issued under the name and seal of the said J.W.T. as Chancellor of the Diocese. |
