Rent: £50 p.a. for the first 2 years, £60 p.a. for the remainder, and £35 for every statute acre in respect of two yard coal, Brassey coal and Main coal, £55 for every statute acre in respect of cannel coal, £25 for every statute acre in respect of other coal, and fourpence per ton in respect of ironstone.
