Also the Water corn and shelling Mills called Dolhaiarn Mills with the cottage belonging, the cottage called Tan y Capel, with the chapel and garden and two pieces of land called Clwt y Lloia and Maes Dolhaiarn, the cottage called Pant y chware together with a piece of land called Gadlas Pant y Chware, the cottage called Tyddyn du with its lands, various cottages, the Chief or Fee farm rent of 5s issuing out of a farm called Plas Duon, and a piece of land enclosed about twelve years previously on Mynydd Bodran, all in the parish of Llanfairtalhayarn, co. Denbigh, and also two pews in the parish church of Llanfairtalhayarn, with assignment of a term of 1000 years to attend the Inheritance.
