Disgrifiad | Comprehensive conspectus of the Trefeilir and Henblas estate; sole executrix, daughter Eliza (who died in the October of 1803); trustees were [the third] Rev. Henry Rowlands of Plas Gwyn, Capt. James Furness of Holyhead [whose dr. Hugh, son of Charles Evans, had married], and Owen Anthony Poole, the Caernarvon attorney. Several interesting bequests, including that to Mary Rice who received £50 (she must have been in his employ for some years, as she had a big hand in writing up the book of recipes preserved at Henblas, dated 1789 - Henblas A, 17).
