Carrying on his Celtic work in private would be impossible without the status of a citizen. Polerny hopes that with the support of British Celtic Scholars he will have his rights restored. Asks IW and others to sign a document. He is having a big reading-campaign. Is giving a course of lectures in Modern Welsh. Thanks for letter and present.
