Lease for 12 yrs of two parcels of land in the township of Hendrgyda, of which one parcel lies in breadth between the lands of the said William Holland on both sides, and in length between the way leading from Bettus towards Bryn y Pin in one end and the lands of the said William Holland in the other end; and the second parcel lies in length between the said way leading from Bettus to Bryn y Pin in one end and the lands of Grono ap Robin and the lands of Griffith ap John ap David in the other end, and in breadth between the way leading from the house of the said Grono ap Robin to the common called Moylvre in one end and the lands of the said William Holland in the other end, in exchange for another two parcels of land called Kay David ap Yollo lying in the said township in length between the lands of the said John Owen called Y Wern Ddofn and the lands of the said Willliam Holland in one end and the lands of the said John Owen in the other end, and in breadth between the lands of the said John Owen on both sides. |
