Exchange of three parcels of land in the township of Hendregyda, of which the first parcel lies in length between the lands of John ap David Lloyd in one end and the King's lands called Yr Ackyr bengam in the other end, and in breadth between the lands of Owen ap Griffith ap David on one side and the lands of Griffith ap Rees ap David on the other side; the second parcel lies in a place called Mays y Groys, in length between the lands of William Holland and the lands of the said John Owen in both ends, and in breadth between the lands of the said John Owen on one side and the lands of Owen ap Griffith ap David now in the tenure of the said John Owen, on the other side; and the third parecel lies in length between the lands of the said Llewelyn ap Thomas in one end and the lands of the said John Owen in the other end, and in breadth between the lands of the said Llewelyn ap Thomas on one said and the lands of the said John Owen and the lands of Owen ap Griffith ap David on the other side, for two parcels of land in the said township. |
