Hugh ap Griffith ap Llewelyn = one cottage and 1 acre 1 rood of land in Abergele.
Jevan ap Howel ap Griffith ap Eignion = one cottage and three acres one rood of land in the township of Tynhengroen.
Hugh ap John ap Griffith ap Pellyn = one messuage, one barn, three cottages, one orchard, 6 acres and one rood of land, one acre of meadow and 6 acres of pasture in Abergele.

All the aforesaid lands to be held in fee and common socage as of the castle of Denbigh by fealty and service at the court of the said earl.
