Feoffment of a messuage or tenement called Siamber Wen in Abergeley and Trergwrych late in the tenure of Ellen Coytmore, alias Owen; also several parcels of land in Abergeley and Trergwrych called Y Kae tan yr allt, Y Kae glas, Y bryn coch issa, Y ddau vaes y Collyn, Y bryn coch ucha nessa ir tuy, Kae David Lloyd, Pengerthi and Maes y Pistill; another parcel of land in Abergeley lying between a certain river called Avon Geli of the one part and the said parcel of land called Y Bryn coch ucha of the other part, and between the said close called Maes y Collyn of the other side; all those messuages and lands and tenements lately belonging to Edward Owen, esq. in Abergeley and Trergwrych and now in the tenure of the said Ellen Coytmore and Owen ap John Owen (with the exception of a parcel of land called Maes y Dre and two acres of meadow in Hendregyda lying in a meadow there called Gweirglodd Hendregyda): and four parcels of land in Hendregyda called Y Kaie gleision and Y Gerthi tan yr Yskybor together with one close adjoining the upper barn there.
