Deed to lead the uses of a Fine of a messuage or tenement in the tenure of Robert ap Richard, a messuage or tenement and a parcel of land belonging thereto called: Kae tan y Wall, Bryn Heilin, Erw Wen, Y Dryll Dreiniog, Gweirglodd y Nant, Kae Carregog, Cae Dicus, Y Kae Crwn, Y Kae ych law yr Skybor, Dryll y Pwll, Kae Maese, Kae Pant, Kae ffynnon and Erw yr Graig, all in Llaethvaen; also a messuage and tenement in Tylgarth where the said Robert Price now dwells, another messuage or tenement in Tylgarth and several parcels of land in Tylgarth, Kegidog and St. George called Kae yr Afon, Y Dryll byrr, Y Dryll main, Y Dryll Eithin, Y Vron goediog, Dol y Tythyn, Y Gweynydd hirion, alias Y Waen hir ucha, and Y Waen hir issa, Kay yr Pwll, Y Kay uwch ben y Coed, Y Kay Mawr, y Kay bach, Y Bryn ucha, Y Bryn Issa, Y Kay Gwyn, Kae yr Dderwen and Acre y Tythyn, the messuages and lands aforementioned in Llaethvaen being those to be conveyed by the said Sir John Carter to the said Rees David and Robert Price in exchange for those lands mentioned in Tylgarth, Kegidog and St. George. |
