Demise for 60 years of a messuage or mansion house and tenement in Vaerdre called Y Vaerdre and the demesne thereof; also all those lands in St. George or Kegidock purchased by Piers Holland, esq., deceased, grandfather of the said Piers Holland. All lands in Bodorryn in the parish of Abergeley; closes in Bottegwall adjoining a place called Pont Bottegwall; a close in Abergeley called Kay yn Abergeley; lands in the townships and parishes of Bottegwall, Bodorryn, Kegidocki, alias St. George, Dynorben, Hendregyda, Gwrych, Abergeley and Mivod, co. Denbigh; also the capital messuage called Kinmel and its demesne. The said Piers Holland, whose debts the said Sir Edward Lloyd and the others have paid, to be allowed to receive out of the premises rent to the yearly value of £60 during the said term for his maintenance.
