Disgrifiad1. Dorothy Holland, widow, late wife of David Holland of the Vaerdreffe, co. Denbigh, esq., deceased, son and heir of piers Holland of the same, esq., deceased,
Willaim Price of Rhiwlas, co. Merioneth, esq., and
Mary his wife, one of the daughters and coheirs of the said David Holland.

2. James Lloyd of the Inner Temple, esq., and Mary Lloyd, his sister.

3. John Carter of Conway, esq., and Meredith Lloyd of Conway, gent.

4. Edward Lewis of Henrybach, co. Denbigh, gent, Gethin Viner of Turden, co. Denbigh, gent Thomas Carter of Dynton, Bucks, clerk, and William Carter of
London, clerk.

Articles of agreement made before the marriage of the said John Carter and Elizabeth Holland the other daughter and coheir of David Holland.

1. D.H. and W.P. to convey to John Carter and Meredith Lloyd in trust for J.C. the water corn mill called Myvod Mill in St. George, lately purchased by D.H. from
the Ferris of Barne Elmes, co. Surrey, together with other lands in St. George also purchased from Ferris.

2. D.H. and W.P. also to convey to J.C. and M.Ll. by a fine levied in the next Great Sessions the messuage, house and tenement in Vaerdreffe called Y Vaerdreffe
and demesne lands in Kegidocke, alias St. George together with lands etc. in Bodoryn, Botegwall, Dinorben, Hendregyda, Gwrych, Abergeley and Mivod; the
capital messuage of Kynmell and all other lands late of Piers Holland which were demised by him, 20 July 1633, to Sir Edward Lloyd, James Lloyd, John Lloyd
and the said D.H. for 60 years and which were afterwards, 30 July 1633, conveyed by Piers Holland to Robert Davies and William Littleton, to the use of Mary
Price and Elizabeth Holland, also lands in Bodoryn, St. George and elsewhere in cos. Flint, Denbigh and Caernarvon, which were purchased by David Holland,
great grandfather of the said Mary and Elizabeth, and settled on David Holland, their father.

3. W.O. and Mary, his wife, to convey to J.C. and M.Ll. by fine levied in the Great Sessions of Merioneth the capital messuage of Rhiwlas and demesne lands
together with other lands in Penmaen, Llanderfell, Ucheldre, Tre yr garne, Kiltalgarth, Nantlleidioge, Nanfrier, Dodoryn and havod Anydoge, co. Merioneth.

Said fines to be to the use of the said J.C. and M.Ll. so that they be made tenants to the freehold of the premises in order that a Recovery may be suffered against them.

4. J.C. and M.Ll. to parmit Edward Lewis and Geithin Vinar to sue out a writ against them after the manner of Common Recoveries returnable in the Great Sessions,
whereby E.L. and G.V. shall demand against J.C. and M.Ll. to vouch to warranty the said W.O. and Mary, his wife.

5. The Recovery to be to the following uses:

(a) Myvod Mill: to the use of J.C. and William Carter (J.C.'s brother) in trust for J.C.

(b) Messuages and lands formerly demised to Sir Edward Lloyd et. al. for 6 years:
to the use of Sir Edward Lloyd, James Lloyd and John Lloyd for the residue of the said term.

(c) Rest of lands in cos. Flint, Denbigh and Caernarvon: Dorothy Holland to enjoy an annuity of £40 out of the moiety thereof.

(d) Lands in co. Merioneth and messuages and lands demised bby the said Indenture of lease of 20 July 1633 from and after the end of the term of 60 years - to
the use of J.C.

for securing that the assurance of the said messuages and lands in cos. Flint, denbigh and Caernarvon shall be executed and enjoyed according to the true intent of the present deed, the said W.P. and Mary have granted to James Lloyd and Mary Lloyd the messuages and lands in the said couties not demised by the said Indenture of Lease (excepting Myvod Mill and the other lands purchased by D.H. from Ferris) - to be held by the said Thomas Carter and William Carter for 99 years at a peppercorn rent. Consideration £4,500 (of which £500 is paid in hand for the discharge of money borrowed by the said D.H. for the payment of part of the debts of Piers Holland, grandfather of the said Mary Price); also, an Indenture of a grant of the wardship of Elizabeth Holland and an Assignment of a lease of part of the lands conveyed above made to the said Thomas Carter and William Carter in trust for John carter by an Indenture already ingrossed and to be executed forthwith by Sir Edward Lloyd, James Lloyd, John Lloyd and Dorothy Holland.
