Settlement of a messuage and tenement of four bays and a Kinln under the same roof, one barn, one stable, two gardens, one orchard, a little parcel of land adjoining thereto, and a close or parcel of land called Kaye Tayle y Bont all which premises are in Trevor Ucha and were part of the demesne lands of the late dissolved monastery of Valle Crucis, being the late lands of Edward Parry ap Evan of Llandysilio and now in the possession of the said Mathew Roberts, to the use of the said Mathew and Anne his wife for their lives, with remainder to the said David Lloyd and his heirs, with remainder to Edward Lloyd, eldest brother of the said David, with remainder to luke Barkley, son of John Barkley of Llangollen, with remainder to the right heirs of the said athew Roberts. |
