Articles of Agreement concerning lands called Dryll y fywch, Errow y Delyn, Errow yr llan and Kay bach which lie intermingled with the lands of William Hughes, gent, in Llewerllyd and which were hitherto mortgaged by the said W.P.G. The said lands are to be redeemed by W.P.G. upon payment by R.H. of the mortgage moneys, and are then to be sold to R.H. R.H. shall furthermore procure for W.P.G. a tenement of 24 yokings of lands in Moldsdale or elsewhere in the county of Flint, and shall redeem a mortgage of Edward parry of Picton, upon the house and garden late of the said W.P.G. in Llewerllyd. W.P.G. on his part consents to convey to R.H. his seats and burial places in the parish church of Dysserth. |
