Lease and Release, being a Settlement made before the marriage of the said William John Lenthal and Elizabeth Kyffin of the undivided fourth parts of the said Elizabeth Kyffin , spinster, of and in the following premises : the capital and other messuages of the said Elizabeth Kyffin, spinster, in the parish of Llanrwst, co. Denbigh, called Kilkennis, Brynbedwas, Tan y voel, Pengalltrhug, and Plas ucha; lands in Kilkennis, Kerniach ucha, Tyn y Caie; house and garden, part of Plas ucha, Trwyn Swch and Brynsaitheglwys; capital and other messuages and lands in the parish of Eglwysfach [Eglwys-bach], cos. Caernarvon and Denbigh, called Maynan Mansion and demesne, Scubor ucha alias Park, the Marsh, Cambwll, Graig, Gwern bowis, Pennant ucha, Pant y ffynnon, Bedw Robin, Bryn rhydd, Troed'r rhiw, Gwerglodd hendu, Ffrithodd Cefn gwynion and Ffrithlas; capital and other messuages and lands in the parish of llandogget [Llanddoged], co. Denbigh, called Dolyddgleision, Penygarth, Garthmin, Tyddyn y groesffordd, Colledge, 'Chiefty' out of Matty, Cegin wen, Tyddyn y pwll, Ynis y Sarne, Ty Coch, Tyddyn y Llan, Tyddyn y twll, Glyn Glas, fee farm rent out of Sir Richard Burrel's lands, Havod lom, Tyddyn y Llan land, Penllan, Ynis y sarn Ganol, Ynis 'rhwlfa, Tyn y ddol, Ty du, Tyn y maes; messuages or tenements and lands in the parish of Cerrigydrudion, co. Denbigh, called Tyddyn Gwynnigar; several chief or fee farmrents issuing out of the estates of Robert Wynne, esq., John Lloyd, esq., and Peter Price, esq,; messuages and tenements in the parishes of Caerhun and Gyffin, co. Merioneth, called Garthlwys, Brynderw, Craig 'refel, Cae Corin, Bodelith, Cae Iago, Pen y geulan house and quillet in the village, house and smithy in the village; capital and other messuages, tenements and lands in the parishes of Gwyddelwern, Corwen and Bettws [Betws] called Ucheldre, Tyn y Nant, Llidiart y gwyne, Frith fawr, Bryn moel, Havod y rhos, Bon'r onn, Erw'r felin, Maesgwyn, Ty'n rhos, House and lands in Llan, Glancamdwr, Pen y foel, Tyddyn buchan, Ty issa, Ty ucha, Tyddyn cochion, Havotty, Llettu'r Gwyddel, house and lands in Corwen, a tenement in Glandwrdu, Bryn brith, house and lands in Bettws [Betws], quillets, the mill, part of Tyddyn buchan and Waen David; the manor of Gwyddelwern, co. Merioneth, with all chief rents thereto belonging; and all other manors, capital and other messuages, tenements and lands either in possession or in reversion of which Sir Thomas Kyffin died seised and which descended to the said Elizabeth Kyffin as one of his daughters and heirs.
