Gift of a messuage and tenement called Tythyn David Maynan and two parcels of land belonging thereto, of which one lies in breadth between the lands of John ap Rees ap Gruffith ap Ievan and the way leading from Llanrust [Llanrwst] towards Llanddoged, and in length between the lands of the said John ap Rees ap Gruffith ap Ievan and the way leading from Llanrust [Llanrwst] towards Llanddoged, and in length between the lands of the said John ap Rees and the lands of Maurice Kyffin, esq called tir yr Egloys, and the other lies in breadth between the lands of David ap Rees ap Gruffith and the lands of the said John ap Rees, and in length between the lands of the said Maurice Kyffin called y tir Devaid and the said way, all in the township of Scrogennan in the lordship of the bishop, dean and chapter of Bangor in co.
