Assignment of a perpetual fee farm lease Owen ap Gruffith ap Madoc to John ap Edward (whose heir 1. is) 9 Feb., 1513/1514 of a tenement, being part of a tenement called bryn morvyth in the township of garth gynavell [?Garthgyfannedd] in the commote of Vghdulas [Uwch Dulas] in the lordship of Denbigh in breadth between the lands of David ap Gruffith called trwyn y bogh and a quickset hedge mearing between the two said tenements, and leading from a river called lleghoc to the highway leading from Llanddoget [Llanddoged] towards Eglwis Vaghe; and in length from the said river to the said highway. Also, two acres of land adjoining to the said tenement called Kayr Ryg.
