Articles of Agreement as follows :
(i) Jane Salusbury to convey to William Salusbury 's use the messuages and lands conveyed to her for her life by a Deed declaring the use of a Fine levied by her late husband, and by his Will; also the trustees mentioned in the said Will to convey to William the lands devised by the Will for paying the debts of the testator:
(ii) William and John Salusbury to pay Jane £70 on 14 February 1668 and also pay all the debts owed by the said testator at the time of his death, etc. |
