Feoffment of a messuage and tenement called y Tythyn vcha and closes thereto belonging called ffrith wen, ffrith pobtu, kae'r Skybor, y fedw vcha, y fedw issa, kae yockin, y weirglodd issa, yr hen blas issa, kae'r gwair, kae meriog, Erw'r ddwy berth, y kae tan y tu, groft Evan Griffith and y glyn bach; a messuage, tenement and lands called Tu Newydd, alias Tythyn issa and closes thereto belonging called y ddol, kae'r ddintir, yr hendir vcha and yr hendir issa; a messuage tenement and lands called Tythyn John Griffith and closes thereto belonging called ffrith bach, kae'r mynydd, y ffrith ganol and kae wrth y tu; and closes called yr henblas vcha, y weirglodd vcha, y glyn canol, y glyn mawr, y glyn bach and y werne bach - all in the township of Deunant in the parish of Llansannan, co. Denbigh.

Upon trust to 2. as a counter security to the said Thomas Parry and his heirs for his enjoyment of the full benefit of a messuage or tenement in Price in the parish of Kerrigydriddion [Cerrigydrudion], co. Denbigh, called Tu yn y Cwm and closes thereto belonging in Price issa called y ddol, kay'r garreg big, kay'r berth, y ffrith arw, y kay hir, y kay gwenith, y dday fuarth, y kae maenllwyd, y kay eithin and y gweirgloddio bychain, purchased by the said Thomas Parry from the said Richard Lloyd, 28 August 1665.
