Gift of a messuage and tenement in Nannerch, a close belonging thereto called Coitkay'r vynwent: a parcel of land there called y Coitkay main lying between the lands of Hugh ap John David on one side and the highway leading from a place called gwayn Nannerch towards Rhyd y mayn gwyn on the other side, and the lands of Piers Lloyd, gent. and the lands of the said Hugh ap John David in one end and the said close called Coitay'r vynwent in the other end; two parcels of land in Nannerch, one lying between the lands of Sir Thomas Mostyn on one side and in one end and the land of the parson of Nannerch on the othe side and the lands of the said Hugh ap John David in the other end, and the other lying between the lands of Sir Thomas Mostyn on one side and the landsof the said Hugh ap John David on the other side and in one end and the said close called Coitay'r vynwent in the other end: a parcel of land called acre y pulle lying there between the lands of Thomas Salusbury, esq. on one side and the highway leading from a place called pen y garnedd towards gwayn Nannerch on the other side, and the lands of the said Sir Thomas Mostyn in one end and the lands of Thomas Salusbury in the other end; a parcel of land called y dryll yn y pull helig lying between the lands of Sir Thomas Mostyn on one side and the lands of John Panton, esq. and the lands of Rees Gruffith on the other side and the lands of the said Rees in one end and the lands of the said John Panton in the other end; and a parcel of land in Nannerch lying between the lands of Sir Thomas Mostyn on one side and the lands of the said Hugh ap John David on the other side and the lands late of David Lloyd ap John ap Howell, gent., deceased, in one end and the said highway from gwayn Nannerch to Rhyd y mayn gwyn in the other end.
