Refeoffment of messuages, tenements and lands in the parish of Egloys vach [Eglwys-bach], co. Caernarfon, called Maes Gweon, (?Tythyn) Tuder bach, bryn y velyn, y Wern las (extending in length from a place called kay yr Abbat and pull y gelynnen to a place called y Gwerglothie gleission, and in breadth from the highway leading from the late monastery of Conwey to the town of Llanrost [Llanrwst]as far as the river of Conwey), pull y Gwyther and kored pull y Gwyther (below the River Conwey), all which were formerly part of the possessions of the late monastery of Conwey and were conveyed to David Owen by Deed of Gift and Feoffment by George Losmore of Tyverton, co. Devon, yeoman, and John Stragman of Wynterbourn Martyn, co. Dorset, 11 July 1545; four messuages or tenements in the commote of Isdulas, co. Denbigh, two of which are called tythyn yr hen blase and tythyn y kay gwenyth; parcels of land called Dol ysgrogennan, ynys y Dyllyan, yrybor ..., y dryll dan y dderwen, Dryll yr ear (?) and y Kay ar y bryn. All by the way of a settlement on Maurice Kyffyn, Jeffrey Kyffyn and Gruffith Kyffyn, (sons of the said David Owen.)
