Articles of agreement touching the proposed marriage between the said John Pugh and Gwen Tudder, one of the daughters of the said Tudder Owen.
(i)T.O. to pay to J.P. the sum of £30 in May, 1686 and another £10 in lieu of chamber furniture
(ii) T.O. to settle £100 on J.P. and Gwen during the life of Hugh Pugh
(iii) H.P. and J.P. to make a settlement of the messuages, etc. called Cwm Rhwyddor the jointure lands of Margaret Hughes, grandmother of Hugh Pugh, and the jointure of Gaynor, wife of H.P. |
