Gift of a tenement with a house standing thereon in the township of Glotheth Issaph, together with one parcel of land containing three virgates of meadow land in the township of Glotheth Vchaph, lying between the land of the said Richard ap Howell called Kaye lloyn llywelyn on the east side as far as the land of the said Richard called Kaye yr Vronne on the west side, and with one end thereof abutting upon a new boundary made between the said three virgates and the land of the said Reynald on the north side, and the other end abutting upon the land of the said Richard called Kaye lloyn llywelyn on the south side.
