Feoffment of messuages called Pant y Rhych issa and Pant y Rych ucha, bounded to the south by the lordship of Maynann and to the east by a tenement called Bryn Havod; a parcel of waste ground called y wern dew in the said lordhsip, bounded to the south by a meadow called gwairglodd y Brwyn, to the west by a parcel called Morva Rhyd y pwll (co. Denbigh), to the north by a parcel of land of Robert Owen David in Cefn y Coyd (co. Denbigh), and to the east by the highway from Tal y Cafn to Llanroost, in the said lordship; a parcel with a messuage, cottage or dwelling house thereon standing, called y havottay gwinion, in the said lordship, bounded to the southeast by the brook which divides co. Denbigh from the said lordship, and to the northwest by the highway from Denbigh to Llanrust through the said lordship; a parcel of land called y wern bounded to the south by Gwern Mary Harry, to the north by the turbary of the said lordship of Maynan, and to the east by the said highway from Tal y Cafn to Llanroost; a parcel of the said turbary near the river Conwey; and part of the meadow in Maynan called gweirglod dhir yn glan y fownog.
