| Description | Commission issued to Hugh Beeston, esq., Robert Turbridge, esq., ,Henry ap Ievan Lloyd, esq. and William Morryes, gent. to survey escheat lands in the township of Treverhuve in the commote of Nanconwey, co. Caernarvon.
Attached: Certificate signed by Henry ap Ievan Lloyd and W. Maurice testifying that having impanelled a jury they repaired to a certain parcel of the said escheat lands in a place called Crvenant in Trevriwe in the occupation of Thomas ap Ievan Gruffith and Robert ap Ievan Gruffith, who confessed four shiillings to be yearly due for the lands to the Queen or her farmer of escheat lands in Trevriwe, and that they yearly pay to Her Majesty another five shillings rent for certain other bond or native lands adjoining to the escheats and occupied by them as one entire tenement, as had been done time out of mind. Since no certain prooof was made of any mears between the said escheat and native lands, the jury would not agree to make any division of them, and so the commissioners were unable to proceed any further in the matter.
