a barn and cowhouse neare the Upper Gate called the Great Barn;
an island called Castle Island;
a toft or ruined house in Conway marsh,, with 'a right of Setting up a ware thereunto belonging upon the River Conway';
2 messuages in the parish of Gyffin called Tyddyn Bennarth and Bodidda Bach;
the capital messuage called Bodysgallen with its demesne, in the parishes of Eglwysrhos, Llangwstennin, and Llandidno;
several messuages in the parish of Eglwysrhos called Fardre alias Vaerdref, Tythyn glan y mor, Garddffrancis, and Cwmrhewart, together with a barn on the wasteground called Towyn y fferry, and the weir called Agored Maelgwyn;

a field in the pairsh of Bettws y Coed called Caevedw alias Caerhedyn; a messuage, tenement and lands in the parish of Bethgelert called Havod y llan; and all other messuages, lands, etc, of the said R.W. in the parishes of Conway, Gyffin, Eglwysrhos, Llangwstennin, Llandidno, Eglwysfach, Llanroost, Bettws y Coed, and Bethgelert, co. C'von.
