| Disgrifiad | Copy declaration by David Glynn of Rhos fawr, gent., Morgan John of Abererch and William John ap William of Abererch that Arthur ap David of Brynckroes, yeoman, and John Parry of Abererch, yeoman, have and shall have free liberty and right of common for all their cattle upon the common called Rhos fawr and Rhos fudr in Abererch, co. Caernarvon, and that none other of the inhabitants of Abererch have any right of common there.
Recites an action of Trespass on the Case brought by the said John Parry against the said Morgan John at the last Great Sessions of the county for disturbing J.P. in his use of the common. |
