Lease in fee farm of a parcel of land in Conway, lying outside the walls thereof between the way leading from the walls to a stream called Avon y Coffyn and the lands formerly belonging to William Stokes, and extending in length from the marsh near the said stream to the aforesaid way.

Witnesses: William Hockes, alderman of the said town; Gilbert Standishe and Robert Rixton, biliffs thereof, and others.
