Lease for 21 years of a parcel of void ground lying in length from the tower against Hugh Hollant's 'horshet yatt' (orchard gate) to the tower adjoing to Robert Marsh's orchard on the south side, and in breadth from the town of Conway to the orchard of Hugh Hollant on the west side.
