Assignment of a lease of two parcels of land called Kay ir gove and Dyoske Syonyn, the first of which lies in length from the highway coming from the town of Conway to the suppressed monastery of Conway to the said parcel called Dioske Syonyn, and in breadth from a place called Bryn y dderwen deg to the lands of the said monastery, being in the hands of Hugh Pulestone, esq,; and the second parcel lies in length from the River Conway to the said parcel called Kay ir gove, and in breadth from a place called Pull y govche to the lands of the said suppressed monastery being in the possession of the said Hugh Pulestone togethere with all the right, title and interest of Philip ap Richard from the said Kay ir gove to a place called ir clogone brythe - all which premises are part and parcel of a tenement called Tythen Dicus ap Engion in the township of Maynnan which was leased by the Geffrey, late abbot of the dissolved monastery of Conway to Philip ap Richard for a term of 99 years on 20 June, 1525.
