Gift of a messuage or tenement now or late in the tenure of Elizabeth Stodart, widow, in the town of Conway, abutting on the tenement now in the tenure of the said William Mersh on the west side and the highway leading from the high cross of the town on the north side; also a messuage or tenement called Yr erw bannadloge in the township of Kymryd wich is a hamlet of Castell, lying between the lands of John Gwyn, esq, esq. and Robert ap Meredith ap William, on the east side, and the lands of Richard Peake called Bryn kopkin on the west side, and the lands of Meredith ap William ap Howell called Y bryn Ithyn and Erw yr main lloyd on the north side, and the land of Sir Richard Bulkeley, kt., called Erw buckley on the south side; together with a messuage or tenement called Y ty ynny bennarth and two closes called Pant Rhedynoc and Erw ben y llan in Kymryd; and one orchard lying within the walls of the town of Conway.
To the use of Katherine verch John Thomas, daughter of (2) and wife of (1) for her life, with remainders to any sons or daughters born to her and the said William Mersh. |
