Assignment by 2., by the direction of 1., of a Mortgage for 1000 years of the township of Bodeschallen and the capital messuage where 1. now dwells.

Recites a Mortgage of premises for 1000 years, 22 June 1664, by Hugh Wynne of Bodeschallen, esq, [father of 1.] to Dame Mary Hatton, relict of Sir Thomas Hatton, late of Longstanton, co. Cambridge, kt., and bart., deceased; John Fountaine, esq., serjeant-at-law; Henry Wynne of the Middle Temple, esq., and John Coell of Lincoln's Inn, esq., in consideration of £600.

Hugh Wynne made default in payment of the £600 and died soon afterwards seised of the reversion and inheritance of the mortgaged premises to him and his heirs after the determination of the said term, and left 1. his son and heir.

Dame Mary Hatton, John Fountaine and Henry Wynne successively died leaving John Coell as surviving lessee.

He, in obedience to a Decree of the Court of Chancery, assigned the Mortgage to 2, 23 September , 1675. There now remains due for the principal and interest of the £600 the sum of £667.
