Articles of agreement in consideration of the forthcoming marriage of Cadwalader ap Robert Wyn, son and heir of 1., and Ellyn verch Gruffith Wyn, daughter of 2. Robert Wyn ap Ievan Lloyd covenants with Gruffith Wyn to convey to certain truestees to be named by the latter his messuages, lands and tenements in the townships of Pryce, Tybrith, Berayn and Talybryn, co. Denbigh, except a messuage and lands called Pante y griviolen issa and llettyr styllod in the township of Pryce, to the use of the said Cadwalader and Ellyn for their two lives and the survivor of them in the name of the said Ellyn's jointure, with remainders specified. |
