Assignment of the lease granted to Owen Wood by Queen Elizabeth by Letters patent upon the premises rents, revenues and tithes of the Collegiate Church of Holyhead and its appurtenant churches or chapels of Bodwrog, Bodedern and Llandrygarn - to John Lewis of Chwaen.

Wood's original terms were 21 years at an annual rent of £23.12.8. Wood's terms to Lewis are: unexpired years of the lease for a lump consideration of £100.
[Included in the above premises was the chapel of Eglwys y Bedd situated and "buylded" within the chyrchyard of the said Collegiate Church of Holyhead]

Owen Wood was ancestor to the Woods of Rhosmor, while John Lewis, second son of Hugh Lewis of Presaddfed, was the first Lewis of Chwaen Wen, and died about 1573, long before his interest in the lease expired.
