Stephens, recording that the Hon. W.O. Stanley of Penrhos has offered to contribute £6,000 towards the cost of restoring the Parish Church of Holyhead on condition that there should be one English service each Sunday in the Church. The signatories consider the condition to be a reasnoble one, and agree that the Memorandum shall be deposited in the Diocesan Registry. |
