TeitlLetters of administration (limited) to Robert Simpson of Penrhos, gent., of the goods chettels and interests of Mary Williams, relict and executrix of Evan Williams, clerk of St. Asaph and afterwards wife of John Jones of St. Asaph gent. Recites a deed of 25 December, 1775 (see PEN/4/134) whereby John Foulkes of Friars and others mortgage Pentre-felin in Holyhead to Evan Williams and others in trust for the poor of Llanasaph, for 500 years. The said Mary Williams (Jones) died before her second husband, John Jones, without disposing of the residue of the term of 500 years; John Jones also died without exercising in conjunction with his wife any act of ownership over the said term of years. Robert Simpson is accordingly appointed to administer the said Mary Williams's goods and interests unadministered so far as they relate to her interest in trust for the residue of the said term of 500 years in the property specified, he further to dispose of the said residue at the direction of Margaret Anne Gething, Susannah Catherine Gething and Mary Jubilee Gething.
