TeitlLetter from Edward Owen at Penrhos to his brother Hugh Owen
DisgrifiadHas sent his brother by the bearer his wig, coat, breeches, weepers and mare together with 5 guineas which he will find in the wig box, and his hearty wishes of success. Let him show Mr Griffith's letter, but as the Chancellor's relate chiefly to him [H.O.] he need but read to Mrs Lloyd what related to the cause. The writer's mother is of opinion that his brother had better accept of the Chancellor's offer, as it is sufficient to bear his expenses and gives him an opportunity of being serviceable to a cause that merits success and perhaps an opening to the Chancellor's favour.
If he goes to Salop let him buy the writer a Welsh Common Prayer and be sure the print and paper is very good
