TeitlLetter from Henry Bulkeley, Cursitor's Alley (London) to John Owen at Penrhos
DisgrifiadCraves Owen's pardon for his unmannerly conduct (due to a "continued debauch") while in Anglesey, and asks him to mediate for the like pardon from others of the writer's friends. Owen's honest brother (in law William) Williams is much courted by most of the parliament men of note and is in a fair way of being one of them without the charge of a new election.
