DisgrifiadThomas Jones to levy a fine at the Denbighshire Great Sessions unto J.P. upon Ty yn y Gwtter and the parcels and closes thereto belonging, and upon Caeau Bedw and its appurtenances - all in the parish of Clocaenog - "subject nevertheless to the mortgage and other demands of the said John Jones amounting to the said sum of £175.17.6.".
On the dorse are several informing particulars in the hand of John Price himself, to the effect that the fine was "past" at the Ruthin Great Sessions, 25 March 1713, before Sir Joseph Jekyll, that he paid the mortgagee John Jones "a £20 bond of interest and the residue of the interest, the whole amounting to the just sum of £55.17.6.".
