Settlement after the marriage of the said Edward Gethin and Margaret, his wife, of a messuage and tenement in Corvedwen [Corfedwen]wherein William Jones now dwells, called Tythyn y waen, a messuage or tenement in Corvedwen called Nant Lewis Aled, a small cottage and garden, etc., in Corvedwen called Erw llepay; a messuage or tenement called Tythin Margaret Parry in Llandyrnog; three closes called Dolyerew, Cae Cony and Cae Glas in lladyrnog late in the tenure of Richard Jones, Doctor of Laws and Robert Lloyd, clerk; another close in Llandyrnog adjoining Llandyrnog Green called Kae'r Grois; another close in Corvedwen called Tri Rhood; and a messuage or tenement in Corvedwen called Tythyn Corvedwen; in trust for the use of the said E.G. and Margaret for their lives and in name of a jointure to the said Margaret and in full recompense to her dower, and after their deceased, to the use of John Gethin, son and heir of the said E.G.; and after him to the use of Simon Gethin, second son of E.G. In default of any further make issue to E.G. and Margaret, the property is to go to Hester Gethin their eldest daughter. |
