TeitlLetter from Lord Uxbridge to Holland Griffith
DisgrifiadIn answer to the previous letter. The engagement of secrecy under which the specific objections of the opposers of the Bridge were imparted was not a matter of option but of necessity. The writer did not wish to bind himself to such a tie, and was avase at first from any promise of secrecy. The exigencies of the case, however, seemed to require it, else he would be very glad to communicate all he knows on the subject to the gentry of Anglesey
