Title	Letter from Ja[me]s Montague at 28 Bedford Street, Covent Garden, London to Roberts treasurer for co. Carnarvon
Description	States that the present Lord Rokeby has assigned to him eight mortgae bonds of £100 each granted by the late Mathew Lord Rokeby to the Justices of the Peace for co. Carnarvon in 1795 at 5% half yearly interest for the purpose of building a new gaol. Interest due is now to be paid to him. He is also prepared to sell the bonds if a purchaser could be found.
