| Disgrifiad | The book gives the names of the members and subscribers of the college committee, all those that are present in the meetings and the geographical locations.
It records resolutions, financial matters including expenditure and salaries, maintenance and repairs of building and facilities, staff and student issues, training and education especially religious instruction, general conduct, domestic arrangements, and communications with the local press. Amongst the most important events highlighted is a visit by the staff to Chester Training College and an inspector’s visit to the college and recommendations.
