The matters discussed include appointments and retirements of panel members and staff, financial matters such as sources of income, expenditure and salaries, maintenance and refurbishment of the premises, insurance and fire precautions.
Student matters include annual admissions, education, lessons and examinations with the results, worship, board and lodgings and dietary needs and an occurance of open dissatisfaction with the teaching methods. It also highlights their secular activities including visits to various locations and partaking in naval manoveurs with the local naval voluntary corps.
